the holidays

i am back from the christmas fury, but i haven't managed to wiggle out of my post christmas malaise yet. i am sure you all know what i mean. it's scurry scurry for the weeks from thanksgiving til christmas--or if you are like me, late with finishing gifts a week or so after christmas. then bam! wall in face.

i get a mad hangover from the rush that lasts for january. doesn't help that the freakin snow keeps me from wanting to visit the great out of doors.
